This is a 1983 Honda Shadow VT750c. It needs carburetor re-jetting as well as a carburetor cleaning. The bike is in really good shape for the year. It has a few spots of surface rust on the frame and the tank and back fender have small dents in them as well. The turn signals will need to be replaced as they are in very poor condition. It is missing the knob that goes over the petcock to switch the gas on and off as well as the right side Highway peg. I bought it for a daily commuter, I rode it all last summer and then put it away for the winter. When I pulled it out this Summer it wouldn't start. I had a friend look at it and he said that the carbs are very dirty and the jets should be replaced. It comes with a Plexiglas shield for the front as well as saddle bags for the back.
