1967 CADILLAC ELDORADO The 1967 Cadillac Eldorado was probably Cadillac's most significant addition in the 1960s. The front wheel drive hardtop (no convertible was available) was based on the new Oldsmobile Toronado that made its first appearance in 1966. The concept actually originated with the XP-727 program of 1959, with the notion of front-wheel drive coming to the fore 3 years later in 1962. Management originally considered calling the car LaSalle, after the junior Cadillac of the prewar years, but settled on the current model name of Eldorado. Sharp 1967 Cadillac Eldorado comes from a Private Antique Collector in Chicago. With only 33,081 original miles!! This unique vehicle features a stunningly styled exterior with white hard top and sharp red color. Classic two tone, leather and cloth, interior design and AM/FM radio. Vehicle has 429 V8 engine, front wheel drive and 340 hp. This vehicle is in good mechanical condition and it runs and drives very well.
