5 Day Auction With No Reserve - Sold To The Highest Bidder This is an original 1968 Ford Mustang that was purchased new at " PCH Ford " in Long Beach, California. The son of the original owner inhertied this coupe in 2004 from his mother. It lived it's entire life in Los Angeles making this a born & raised California Mustang. I do have the original Black plate to go along with it. Remain's the stock 289 V8 C code automatic transmission. Factory option's as following : Deluxe Interior Console Overhead Console Wheel lip Mouldings Air Conditioner Power Steering AM Radio Interior Decor Group Tinted Glass Deluxe belts Remote Control Mirror Deluxe Turn signal Hood The original color was Royal Maroon and was repaint about 15 year's ago as I was told. The color has faded out more to a plum. They added the GT Fog light's almost when it was new as well as the wheels. The floor's & underneath are pretty clean as well as the trunk compartment. Body is straight but does show flaws. It did have a driver side quarther skin ( not the quarther ) done many years ago. It look like they took it off another Mustang and was done right. It does have a few pin holes right on top of the quarther line due to ageing with bubbles. Does have a few rust bubbles here and there. The interior still remains the factory delxue interior. All stock and unrestored. Running and driving just fine. Brakes and shift's into all gears. Can be driven around town no problems. I had the carb. recently rebuilt. Overall, a running Mustang.
