Just in time for cruising all summer! Up for sale is my 1978 Corvette Silver Anniversary Edition. The Corvette celebrated its 25th Anniversary in 1978, and all Corvettes received special commemorative emblems. All 1978 Corvettes received a new fastback roof line with a large, wraparound back light. A four-speed manual was reinstated as standard, and a higher-output 350 cid V8 was available. The true Anniversary editions were those Corvettes ordered with the "25th Anniversary Paint" B2Z option. It was a distinctive two-tone silver paint treatment with a silver metallic upper body color and a charcoal silver lower body color. Pin stripes accentuated the front upper profiles, wheel openings, front fender vents, hood, and rear license cavity. The optional aluminum wheels and dual sport mirrors were required. It has a L48 350 V8 engine with a rebuilt 4 speed. Interior color is oyster. I have included pics of any issues with the paint, that I could see. This car is rare because of its 4 speed. I would encourage you to take a look at the vehicle. -New brakes lines -New fuel lines -New e-brake cable -Rebuilt transmission with about 100 miles on it -Rebuilt carb What it needs: - E-brake cable needs to be adjusted -Original radio needs to be hooked up - Passenger side rear caliper is leaking/ probably needs to be replaced -Interior molding for passenger side t-top is missing -rear compartment doors/ frames are broke, I have new rug and main frame piece for them -Drivers side visor needs to be replaced Car is not perfect and sold in "AS IS" condition.
