81' Westfalia That Is Ready For The Summer -- A 5 Day Auction With No Reserve This is a older restoration 1981 VW Vanagon True California Westfalia. 2.0 4 cylinder 4 speed drivetrain. This Westfalia was owned by A family that purchased from there good friend's and was alway's well taken care of. Had it's own nickname as well " West ". Beautiful shape in side and out. Never was abused and barley used as a camping mobile. The body is pretty straight with minor dings. Being a Southern California VW come's with a great advantage which is " solid ". Floor's & frame structure are clean. All the body panels are clean too. Does have a little of bit of rust around the front windshied as normal. In the photo's you will see normal bubbles here and there. The slideing door can be sticky and need's to be lifted when shut. Overall, the paint and body is in good shape. The interior is complete and original looking. Never been smoked in, no funky odors or any pets lived in. The dash is original with a cd player. No cracks or ripped out pieces. The canvas is original to this Westfalia and shows some wear but no holes. You can tell by the photo's how clean it really is. Can be driven anywhere, never gave a problem on the road. Does not overheat or smoke. Clutch shift's into all gears just fine. Lights work as well as everything inside ( water / stove / etc. ). Overall, Turn key & ready to go California 81' Westfalia.
