Our vehicles are hand-picked by the owner and we stand behind the quality of each car. That said, most of our vehicles are pre-owned and driven and therefore have been subject to normal wear and tear. All vehicles are professionally detailed and reconditioned (if needed) prior to delivery. All vehicles are sold AS-IS with no warrantees from APEX AUTO SALE.

TAXES & FEES

	All buyers will pay V.I.T. tax (Vehicle Inventory Tax) which is 0.0029912 of the purchase price (Example: $10,000 purchase = 29.91 V.I.T. tax.)
	Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax and all other applicable fees and taxes.
	A $50.00 documentary fee and a $120.00 Admin Fee will be charged to all buyers.
	Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes and title transfer, which should be paid within 21 days of purchase (by Texas law)
