Vehicle Detail
This is a 2004 M3 Convertible in Carbon Black Metallic (midnight blue color) with Black Leather interior. It has a 6-speed manual transmission. I work at a BMW dealership and bought the car with 40K miles on it when it was traded in by the original owner. I just got a 2011 BMW X5 and am getting engaged soon, so I'm reluctantly selling the vehicle to free up some money. The original MSRP and optional equipment on the vehicle is the following: Base Price $54,900Metallic Paint 475Lumbar Support 400Heated Seats 500Xenon Headlights 700Harman Kardon Sound System 67519" Forged Alloy Wheels 1,750Destination 695Gas Guzzler Tax 1,000MSRP $61,095 I also have had the BMW OEM iPod Adapter installed at the dealership and put new ceramic window tint on the car about six months ago. The vehicle is in excellent condition and has not been in any accidents. There is a small rock chip (that has been sealed) by the top edge of the windshield, one small ding (nickel-sized) in the passenger rear quarter panel, a few small rock chips here and there on the front and side of the car (from the highway), a small amount of curb rash on a couple of the wheels, and light wear on some of the interior trim pieces. The convertible top has no wear on it. Overall, the vehicle is in much better than average condition for its age. And I see a lot of used BMW's come through with my job. The car was originally purchased at my dealership, and I have complete service records for the vehicle, as well as all of the manuals and keys. The car has brand new Continental tires that were installed in June. I was planning on keeping the car indefinitely when I purchased it, so I have serviced it more frequently than what BMW calls for in the scheduled service intervals. Some notable servicing done since I have owned the car is as follows: Oil Services every 7500 miles (instead of 15K) - most recent on 6/16/2010New Continental tires installed on 6/7/2010Drive Belts replaced at 52,180 milesInspection II (major routine service) performed at 44,713 milesAlternator replaced at 40,549 miles Additionally, I had purchased the BMW Maintenance Program upgrade when I bought the vehicle, which covers wear-and-tear items. This warranty expired on 4/30/2010, so I had the brakes and clutch checked by a technician for possible (free) replacement at that time. Both were within BMW-specs and did not need replacement. There are no problems with the vehicle that I am aware of. Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions you may have. I have sold quite a few previous cars of mine on eBay, including a Porsche 911 and Subaru WRX STi, and I have 100% positive feedback from all of my sales. In Texas, the lender holds the title, and the vehicle has a lien with USAA that will have to be paid off to release the title.
