TNneEWNew DETAILED PHOTOSe Diablo 6.0 was the end of a 10 year production era of Lamborghini’s most outrageous Supercar ever built. The Diablo was verNewy much an evolutionary exotic as large improvements cough New Pictures: Current photos were taken this weekend {Sorry the quality is not better}. The car does include ceramic coated exhaust {has stock also}, HID headlamps, and Brake Calipers have been professionally painted by SP Engineering to match the exterior. Cosmetically the exterior paint and interior leather and carbon fiber are in beautiful condition. The Diablo 6.0 was the end of a 10 year production era of Lamborghini’s most outrageous Supercar ever built. The Diablo was very much an evolutionary exotic as large improvements came throughout its production span. The 2001 Diablo 6.0 was no exception. There was no 2000 model for US production, since whole list of major improvements were involved with the new Diablo. Engine displacement was increased from 5.7 liters to 6 liters, thus the name 6.0 Diablo. The 6.0 would be the most powerful Diablo produced with 550 ground shaking horsepower. A wider track was also was incorporated for better handling along with different fenders to accommodate the wider stance. Cosmetically this final production Diablo would have to rate as one of the most beautifully finished exotics ever produced. As you watch the Lamborghini scissor type door rise, you will notice carbon fiber beautifully placed throughout the cabin. The steering wheel, dash, complete center console and even the door ledge is all done in this exotic material. The carbon fiber does not stop there, as the lower side treatments and frontal air dam give a beautiful contrast to the Pearl Yellow metallic exterior. Once you open the rear engine decklid, your eyes will be captivated by the attention to detail and extensive use of this lightweight carbon fiber weave. This Diablo was painted in Pearl Yellow which is a three stage paint from Lamborghini. The depth is incredible, along with its abilities to change beautiful hues depending on the light. Truly a favorite among Lamborghini enthusiasts because of the striking nature of this beast. I believe the consensus is, the Diablo is outrageous, so might as well have a color to match this awe inspiring exotic. Here is the information concerning the low "Buy it Now" price. This Diablo recently broke the propeller shaft. The propeller shaft is only $1200, but the owner has been told it is an engine out procedure. The owner has decided to sell the Diablo "as is". An engine out from an authorized dealer will be anywhere from $4-$5k in labor{plus the cost of the driveshaft}. Many good independent shops will do it for much less money. Even with figuring $6k for new replacement of the drive shaft, it is still a Diablo 6.0 for close to $100K The stereo system has been upgraded beautifully with over $5800 in receipts. New clutch was installed by a Lamborghini franchised dealer about 12k miles ago. Receipts are available.
