This is a 1988 VW Westfalia full camper with Reese transporter trailer, Go Westy side awning. ****This is a no reserve auction**** We will let the market determine the value and this great VW westfalia camper will be sold to the highest bidder. So bid to win folks it will be sold! The camper package consist of a full size double bed upstairs and a full size double bed down stairs, a sink , stove, fridge, 2 dinning tables, rear bug screen, privacy curtains and lots of storage space to stow all your gear and then some!! The carpet is original and in very good condition. The interior is in great condition with little to no wear and is very, very clean. The exterior paint shows normal wear and tear for a 22 year old vehicle and has been touched up over the years here and there, but still shines well for its age. The nose does have stone chips that are not apparent in the photos. This Westy runs down the road well and has a 2.1 liter fuel injected engine that is very clean. The engine runs very strong and has no apparent issues. I was told by the previous owner this Westfalia had a new 2.1 liter engine installed a while back by the Volkswagen dealership. The odometer is now showing 78,360 which I would assume is the mileage on the new engine and that the odometer was changed when the new engine was installed. The title is showing a total mileage of 156,090 so I believe that to be the total mileage on the vehicle. It has a 4 speed manual transmission that shifts as it should and has no apparent issues. The canvas on the pop-top is original and in good condition with minor wear. It has a few patches on it and the screen is missing. This vehicle shows only normal wear and tear for a vehicle that is 22 years old. Please look at the pictures I think they speak for them selves. The Westfalia has a nice cd player and speakers installed. The vehicle does have air conditioning and it will need to be charged. Please keep in mind that this is an older vehicle and it is not new, it was camped in and driven daily. You can expect normal wear and tear such as Dirt, chips, dings, scratches, fading, light rust, dents, 22 years of normal wear, Ect. You can also expect to have to fix little things here and there as you would with any older vehicle. It is missing the front interior light, but I might have one and will try to install it before the auctions end if I do. If you are looking for a nice, clean, reliable, ORIGINAL VW and a super fun vehicle for the whole family than this is the VW camper for you.
