2001 Honda Shadow

I'm selling my Shadow, it's been a great bike. I bought it several years ago (used) when gas was high(er) and my commute was longer (~15 miles), but I've since moved to a smaller town and no longer need it to save money on a long commute (new commute is 2 miles). The bike only has 9,140 miles. In any case, it's been an awesome bike, never had a problem with it. I examined the bike prior to my purchase and saw no evidence of it being laid down before. That being said, I'm not an expert so I will not say without a shadow of a doubt that it hasn't, I just see no evidence of it - on the bike or on my legs :)I have also examined the bike thoroughly for any dents, scratches, etc. (per the request of one auction watcher). The last three pictures are of the only noticeable defects. The first is a spot of what I think might be tar on the right muffler. The flash makes it much more noticeable than it is in normal light. The flash simply makes the chrome sparkle, and well, tar doesn't sparkle, so it looks worse in the picture than it is in reality. My guess is that the tar is about 1/4" wide by about 1.5" long.The second is of a similar substance (I will again blame tar, because tar is an easy thing to blame), but is located on the back lower portion of the front wheel cover. I would say that it's not noticeable, but I think you're gonna start thinking I'm biased.The third picture is of a dent in the gas tank on the left-hand side. Like a little kid, I will assert that it was "like that when I got it", but again, I will appear unreliable. In any case, I had to take this picture in low light because under normal light it's pretty hard to see (it wouldn't show up with any pictures with a flash). Total circumference of the dent is probably about silver dollar sized, tough to judge the depth, maybe 1/4" as well. Delivery:Buyer responsible for motorcycle pick-up or shipping costs.
