On a V-Strom, you can circle the globe, cross the country, cruise on the highway at 80 all day, carve some canyons, or zip to the store for some groceries. This bike does it all. I am the 2nd owner of this bike, but both the previous owner and I carefully maintained this bike and garage-stored it at all times. Both owners are experienced motorcyclists. I have taken several great trips on this bike, but it has stayed on the pavement and under control at all times. The reason I am selling the bike is that I have recently moved overseas, so the bike sits in the garage. This bike is too much fun to sit idly by and collect dust. As you can see from the pictures, this bike is fully-loaded with lots of extras. Other than one small drop in the garage (there is a small scuff on the bottom of one of the panniers), this bike has always had the topside up. The hand guards have some small scratches from a different windshield that has since been removed. The front fender and windshield have very mild scuffs from road debris while riding. The fender scuffs could probably be buffed out, but they are not very noticeable. The bike has never once had any engine issues and Suzuki dealers have changed the oil when needed. Location: It is currently garaged in Los Angeles and available for pickup. If you want to ride it out, you will need to pre-insure the bike as the insurance is out. Payment: $250 due within 24 hours as good faith payment. The rest is due via paypal prior to pickup or cash/money order upon pickup. So, take the V-Strom down the Baja, through the Rockies, or all the way to Maine. Ride two-up or solo, the V-Strom has the power to handle it.
