I am selling my Factory original Matching number 1978 Pontiac Trans Am T-top"Smokey and The Bandit" This daily driver is powered by an original factory number's matching and fresh re built 6.6 with a fresh T-350 transmission. This car has been frame off restored back to its original factory condition with base coat clear coat black on black by Evolution Autobody, a leader in the restoration business. Even the intake,valve covers,exuast manifolds and carburator came orginal with this car of the GM line, un-molested as they say,with the exception of the "special edition" sticker kit of course and the dual flowmaster exaust. Factory T-tops with new seals,Factory Air (which has not been installed due to lack of time) is complete and like new,Power Locks,Tilt wheel,Power windows,intermediate wipers,Rear defrost,AM/FM 8 Track,brand new windshield. Cool running car with its New 3 core Aluminum Radiator. Mohawk Predator P255/60R15 Tires mounted on original glass beaded and Polished Aluminum 8" Factory Snowflakes. The underside of car had been Ziebart Protected and the rust proofing is still like it was when sprayed 32 years ago, We had decided to keep that original also, believe it or not the rust proofing worked, there was very little rot when restored. I do not want to over sell this TA. It is not your concours perfect trailer queen show car but not far off. This daily driver will make you a great weekend cruiser.
