This is a Rare European 323i BAUR Convertible ,6cyl 2.3 engine ,4 speed, car is all original and not modified except the bumpers and side markers to make it us legal (ny27374),It is very fast and reliable .car is only 2500 lbs.It has New convertible top and rubber seals, both mufflers and center muffler, brakes and rotors and radiator all from BMW DEALER.I own the car since 2002 which purchased from local dealer.Car runs great,it doesn't smoke and transmission shifts as it should no noise and smooth, this car also has European H1 and H4 head lights with E1 code. dash has 2 small cracks by the windshield,tires has 50% .I need the money for some investment that i have done
