This a tow lot auction. This vehicle was running at the time of being picked up. Other than that I know nothing further about the vehcile. This being sold on a kansas possessory lien if your state does not accept them. Then you will have to register in kansas and you can use my address for a phyiscal and then put yours down for a mailling so that you get the titlle and not me.
