Vehicle Detail

This is a solid 1969 Mustang Mach 1 project car, this is a true Mach 1, i have no title, it will be sold with bill of sale only, most states only require bill of sale. The VIN# is still stamped in the fender apron and the door tag is intact and doors and aprons are all original. The breakdown of the door tag, is this>>>> 63c = Sportsroof,Mach 1,Deluxe interior,Highback Buckets 45 = Silver jade metallic, w/flat black hood 3a = Black vinyl and Black knitted vinyl, Mach 1 luxury 05B = February 05, 1969 22 - Charlotte 9" 3.25:1, Conventional 1 3-Speed manual Vin# 9T02M171118 9 = 1969 T = Metuchen, NJ 02 = Sportsroof M = 351 4v V8 I bought this car to restore myself, but i no longer have the time,I bought it because the quarters, roof, floors ect, were very solid for restoration, the driverside floor pan is rotted, the hump needs repair because someone cut it , but it is solid metal not rusted. The Quarters need very little attention on both sides, but do need some repair. The rocker panels on both sides of the car are also very solid , as well as the jams, but there are some very small areas on jams that need some attention (see pics).Doors are original and need some work on the bottom area in some spots, the rear frame rails and floors look good, the trunk panels are very workable, but for 27 bucks a side i was gonna replace them and a new gas tank which i do not have. inner wheel wells solid, needs battery tray and patch in apron where it sits.Someone cut out some of the rear section of the front frame rails,(See pics) they are nust rusted, i believe they stole them for another car. Anyhow they are easily fixed, and can be fabricated or purchased cheap! I think they took the tail panel for another car too? Needs driverside floor pan in front, rusted, and needs the hump fixed, someone cut it for some reason, it is solid, not rusted, just needs a metal patch there.Under the front windshield cowl has some rust that can be cut out and welded from inside the car, but does need to be done to be perfect. I have the front disk brake spindle setup ,they need media blasting, but i do have them, they will bolt right in, car has drum brakes in the front right now! I have the original 351 windsor that came in the car, it is in great shape, but disassembled for rebuild, i was gonna just replace rod and main bearings, oil pump, then hone and re-ring it.It does need a timing cover unfortunetly it was cracked when i took motor apart. All the heads, intake, exhaust manifold ect... are all numbers matching for the motor, and in great shape. I have 2 highback bucket seats, the rear fold down seat assemblly, rear quarter trim panels, still need some trim parts, I collected most of the interior parts, car had no interior at all when i bought it! it still needs the door panel that goes to the trunk and some bolts and brackets i'm sure ? I have most of all the door hardware front and rear, it does need the 2 door glass windows. Windshield and rear window in good shape the rear windows is sitting there, i took it out when i was gonna start working on the car.thats about as far as i got a couple years ago! The car needs a steering box, lower drivers door hinge, fenders, hood, deck lid, front and rear valance, tail panel and drivers side quarter extention, radiator and shroud.and alot of other stuff, grill and trim ect... There is a kit on ebay that is sold by (Standard sheet metal and trim) It has most everything the car needs at an awesome price this is what it includes>>>> Best Price and Highest Quality! Package deal includes fender pair, bumpers front & rear w/hardware, fastback deck lid, front stone deflector, front valance, rear valance w/ exhast cut outs, tail panel, core support, door skin L&R, hood, hood hinge pair, hood hinge spring pair and hood latch. Anyhow, i have the tranny that came in the car, a c-6 auto i guess? When i pulled it out, it had a new looking torque converter and good fluid, so i assume it is good, it is also numbers matching for that year and car! Car need parts still, and is not a complete car at this point, but it is a true Mach 1 with the original motor, and tons of potential! I am listing it with no reserve, but i do reserve the right to end the auction early, for it is for sale locally as well. Everything in pics is included,Mustang parts that is! I thought that it was the right motor from everyone else i talked too. Anyhow those are the numbers, and all motor parts have C90e on them as well, the transmission does have C9ZP 7006 A 18 on it? Just letting everyone know because i am not to familiar with fords, i have only restored chevy's so far, but i like the 69 Mach. Anyhow, sorry if i am wrong, i was told it was a great motor as well, with a high nickel content? kevin,On Jun-12-10 at 09:47:02 PDT, seller added the following information: I have been on a few forums, and ford casting number sites, the only block number with a z in it is the Boss 302 motor!
