You are bidding on a 1997 Saturn SL-2. The vehicle has some sort of transmission problem. I was on my way home from work and it started making a noise so I pulled over and parked the car. I got it towed to my mechanic who said something had gone wrong in the transmission but he couldn't be sure what without going into it. I decided not to get the car fixed as I was ready to purchase another car anyway. I drove the car home from his shop, approximately 3 miles. The transmission was making a noise at first and then it quit making the noise. The engine runs and everything else on the car works. The car drives but I wouldn't recommend doing so without having it fixed. It has new Uniroyal Tiger Paw tires (185/65R15) with less than 5,000 miles on them.
