Vehicle Detail
Award Winning S10. Way to many upgrades to list them all, I would wright a book, I will hit on the real important ones. Triple Pass Racing Radiator with Twin Electric Fans Pro-Form High Flow Electric Water Pump, This truck runs at around 180 Deg. at all times, you can Idle her all day and she will not over heat. "I would not do that". I was in a Route 66 Parade that was 15 miles long and around 3 MPH the complete distance, and all sorts of hotrods overheated, not my S10 she never went over 180 Degs and it was around 90 out that day. I have a few First Place Trophies that go with this truck. Holley High Flow Electric Fuel Pump with Aircraft Grade fuel line and all Hoses. This system uses NO Clamps. Once you install the fuel line it will never leak, its all push on with NO CLAMPS, this system alone cost over $1000 just for all the fuel lines and fittings. Not counting the fuel pump and regulator and gauges ect... 10 Gallon Racing Fuel Cell Mounted behind rear axle. You access this tank from a door in the bed of the truck. Drop the tail gate, open a door on the floor of the bed and fill her up. The factory tank is not installed in this truck. TCI Hi-PO Turbo 400 Tranny with Deep Sump Oil Pan with Air Cooling Vents with Remote Tranny Cooler. B&M Slap Stick Shifter 8 1/4 Rear Axle out of a Toyota 4x4 4 Runner, with Yukon 4:10 Gears and Spool with Custom Made Traction Bars that stop at the spring eye, they do not hit the spring. FEW MODS in ENGINE Pete Jackson Gear Drive to keep timing set, with Steel One Piece Harmonic Balancer. Custom Made 72cc heads made by a local Racer Jeff McKay of Mckay Racing with HI-PO Head Gaskets. Cam made for the Supercharger, a Supercharged engine needs a special cam too work correctly. Roller Lifters with Flat tapped cam with very little over lap to keep all that boost in the cylinders. Thats a few of the engine mods. Inside is all custom, 3 Fuel gauges, 1 Boost Gauge, 1 Vacuum Gauge, 2 amp Gauges, 1 Oil pressure Gauge, Tach, 160 MPH Speedo, 2 LED Mixture Gauges, Dual Racing Seats with G-Force 5 point Harness on both seats, 8 point Roll Bar I Have a few parts that never where installed on this truck that will go with her, I never installed bars 7,8 of the roll bar, these bars go through the back glass to the bed between wheels and to the frame. I have a Drive Shaft Hoop that was never installed. Grant Red and Black Steering wheel, Custom Blue Hallo Head Lights these are not just bulbs but complete Headlight Assemblies that when you run your marker lights the head lights glow blue, one of the coolest things I have ever seen. As you can see I spared no expense to make sure this truck not only looked good but ran just as well. I even went as far as painting chevy emblems into the tails pipes and on the drive shaft. The under nieth of this truck looks just as good as the top side. The hood is needing a little attention, I built that hood by hand and the clear yellowed some, and the fiberglass needs a little attention, nothing big but I am picky when it comes to my Hot Rod. I am ill and not able to do any work on this truck anymore. I have come down with bone cancer, I always wanted something like this. I was able to enjoy her for a year before I became to ill to do anything with her. I am tired of seeing her just setting there. Someone else can enjoy her. She has been Appraised at $30,000. I have all reciept. She has around 1000 miles on her sense built, with a total of almost 10,000 showing on OD. Everything on this truck is like new from the brakes to the seats. The Brakes have never been used, I put new brakes all around on her and have not drove her sense. Do not ask for Track Times, HP or TQ Ratings, I have no idea, I have never raced this truck, I have never put the gas peddle to the floor, or should I say "shoved her wide open". I just drove her around town and to car shows. I built her to be a bad*** truck and she is. She has very good street manners. She idles very nice, actually alittle to smooth for my taste, but a supercharged street engine should not run rough. I have all reciept and all Manuals plus Trophies that go with this truck. She has two first place trophies and one second place trophie. She has been adult owned by a 50 year old. I hope you enjoy her as much as I have. I will miss her.
