1977 Trans Am for sale. I replaced the engine with a brand new pontiac 6.6 (400 cubic in) crate motor from Autozone. It has about 2000 miles since then, if even that many. I drive this car a few times a week back and forth to work. It has a hurst floor shifter and is geared very low. This car is impressive from the stop, at 60 feet, and in the 1/4 mile. I do not race it, so I do not know the time on the track. I just know that it is geared way way low. I friend of mine said they were as low as 4:11 or 4:10. It has a three speed transmission.
