Vehicle Detail
I am selling my 1936 Ford Deluxe 5 window coupe, which I have had for six years. I have not done much with the car other than replacing the trans and clutch. I have also installed new glass to all windows. This is an all steel car which has no rustout other that a small area by the passenger door post, nothing major. Car has a 1940 flathead V/8 engine and a newly rebuilt 39 3 spd trans and clutch assembly. Car still has mechanical brakes which function fine. The top has a steel insert which was installed some time ago as it has insulation tar on the under side and is not welded on. Whitewall tires have plenty of tread although the wite walls have sun checked. Has dual aluminized exhaust with glass pack mufflers. Main wiring loom has been replace by previous owner but further wiring to head lights needs to be done. Still has six volt system with rebuilt started and Optima battery. Car is in need of paint, but the body is fairly straight. There are some small dents on the top due to a careless transporter, easy fix. Car runs fine for a car this old. Will need some work to make it right. Would make a good street rod or restoration project. It's a good solid car to start with. Car has a State of Washington title. I never got around to registering it in may name. On Jun-05-10 at 21:15:07 PDT, seller added the following information: I want to clarify that I do have the Washington title to this car signed over to me. Although I have not transfered the car in the six years I have owned it. Be aware there could be additional fees when you go to register the car. I will provide a bill of sale to the new owner along with the signed Washington title. On Jun-07-10 at 14:19:16 PDT, seller added the following information: I have added picture of the under careridge. The mall area that has some rustout is under the seat around the door post. This should be an easy repair.
