Up for auction is a heavy duty & nice running and driving 1975 Chevrolet C-10 4x4 truck. Has a 350 4bbl engine with a Turbo 350 automatic transmission. The engine sounds good and there are NO knocking or ticking noises-transmission shifts well and all the gears work fine. The engine was rebuilt sometime in the past but I have no documentation as too when. Power steering & Power brakes work well as well the 4 wheel drive system works well. Truck has dual fuel tanks and everything works-Lights-Turn signals-Gauges-Radio-Heater-Etc. Tires are 33x12.50's. As the pictures show this truck is very solid but does have the usual rust areas around the fenders-etc. The floor pans and underside are very solid. Has an almost new 8500 pound front winch with remote contol that works great. Also a heavy roll bar with KC lights that work well and a nice tool box in the bed. I am getting a new windshield installed and will post a photo when done, also might have found a new front grille. She has a newer Radiator-Fuel pump-Battery-Warn hubs-Complete dual exhaust system-Transmission service-Oil change-Filters-etc. The truck has alot of positives but is not a show truck, very reliable and will make someone a good driver or mud or work truck. I have driven the truck probably 100 miles and at speeds up to 65 mph with no problems. Just a heavy duty 35 year old truck-They do not ride like the new ones! Also I have found a problem, went out to start the truck and the battery was dead. Im getting a new battery but am wondering if the truck has developed a draw in the system?? I just want to be as honest as possible and disclose anything I know of that is wrong. Again this is a 35 year old truck so she is not perfect and sometimes as we all know who like these older vehicles things come up. She is being sold AS-IS like all older used vehicles are. This truck needs to go too someone who does'nt mind working on them once in awhile, that's just how they are. Thanks.
