This is a super solid 1957 Ford Fairlane 500, the car is a Oregon car super solid car, No rust in usual places , fenders are super solid around headlights, trunk floor solid, all the floors solid no rust, The car was redone about 20 years ago and has held up nice, I will give you a Honest evaluation of the major parts of the car, The body, super solid good driver quality paint job, has miner nixs and dings, seats appear to be original and are nice shape, nice carpet, headliner nice, overall interior is way above average for a 57, windows are all good except drivers side has a small crack. The guy I got it from said engine was rebuilt probably has less than a 1000 miles ago, pur's like a kitten!!! car has rare select glide power steering!!! and it works good with no leaks anywhere under this car!!! There are 2 minor things that need attention, car pulls to the left when you step on the brake it did not do that when it was parked 4 years ago, so i believe it has a sticky wheel cylinder and the second thing the transmission works great no leaks but it sometimes it makes a light winning when you put it in reverse, and only reverse but it back up just fine. This is not a show car but is the coolest Driver/ Cruise inn car you could find. I would say you could drive this car anywhere in the country if the front brake was fixed! it goes down the road that good! This was by far the coolest 50's Ford they produced!!
