I am the original owner of this truck. Just about at 224,000 miles. Truck has never done heavy towing, just rarely pulled a motorcycle trailer. Runs strong, was just inspected in April. Michelin LTX tires still have life. The fronts more so than the rears. The issues are as follows: - 2nd Gear seems to sometimes wind out a little long, has not been a driving issue. -Driver door has a slight sag when open, but closes fine. -Driver side power lock sticks, works fine manually. -Air Conditioning has gone weak recently, did not look into diagnosing or repairing. -Heating Coil is shot, and I have bypassed it, so there is no heat pending repair. -Driver seat adjustable tilt mechanism busted and removed, seat does still slide forward and back, and I have not found it to be a driving issue myself. -Bug deflector is cracked, and front bumper (the plastic, just below the metal) is a little dented from minor mishap. -Carpet has it's share of coffee stains. I had to get a new car for work and just can't afford payments plus the additional insurance, maintenance, etc., of a second vehicle. She has to go but I just couldn't take the peanuts the dealership was gonna give for a trade. I am starting the bidding at merely $500, and what I get for it I get. I'm sure it's value is way above what I will get. Kelley Blue Book lists this truck even in "Fair Condition" (which comes after Excellent and Good) at well over $3,000. You are buying the truck "AS IS". I have been very straight with the description. No Surprises! The body is of course not perfect but is damn good. Minimal dings and scratches. No damage or rusting on the body (some rust on the windshield wiper arms), very little paint fading on the roof (about a half a square foot). Actually looks really great when she's cleaned up. You should see on the Carfax report that it had some accident repairs in 2000 or so. I was rear ended by a small car that got the worst of it and my damage was minimal. What the heck, let the Insurance Co. pay to make her good as new, so they did. This was my personal everyday vehicle, not used for work. Mostly highway miles. Interior not perfect (stained carpet, small burn hole or two), as I was in there for over 223,000 miles. But it's certainly far from wrecked inside. This baby still has lotsa fight left in her. NO RESERVE! She'll be gone for the $500 starting bid if that's the highest bid. I would prefer a local sale but will ship at the buyers' expense and his arrangement of it.
