This car runs great, but does have some cosmetic flaws (mostly, it needs paint). While not perfect, its a good driver that can be shaped up nicely with a little TLC. We'll note obvious flaws in the description below, but please come by for an inspection if you can (or send a local friend). Click the logo for a free report. Exterior features include alloy wheels and fog lamps. The headlights work. Outside of the need for paint, we did find a body defect - a small chip and some fine cracks just in front of the driver's door. The interior is ggenerally in good shape. The seats have no holes or tears. There's some leather wear, but nothing a shot of dye wouldn't cure. There is a crack in the dash. & The A/C blows ice cold, the power seat works, the power windows and locks work, and the radio plays. We did not test the CD player. While the car might need some obvious attention cosmetically, we didn't find anything wrong with the way it runs. The 5.7 liter V8 is rated at 230 hp and 330lb-ft of torque. With the manual transmission, it feels like this car has more power. It is VERY responsive. The tires are good all the way around. The vehicle now has 139,035 miles on it. Please note that this vehicle may be driven, so there could be a few more miles on it by the time the auction is over. As we are located In Florida, we are required to title a vehicle "Exempt" in miles if the car is 10 years or older. The miles listed is the actual reading from the cars odometer. Payment/Fees We will add a $399 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee. You may pay the purchase price with cash in person, with a cashiers or certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. Credit cards are acceptable for the deposit only. Sorry, but we do not accept Paypal at this time. If you are the winner, a $500 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five days thereafter (7 days after auction's end). If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements so please take care of them before bidding. We recommend that you do not send payment via regular mail or priority mail. We have experienced lost checks several times. We recommend that if you are sending payment, that you use registered, return receipt mail or FedEx. This is for you protection, as well as ours. If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home). Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
