You are bidding on a 1967 AUSTIN HEALEY,3000,MARK III,HBJ8,I am selling this for a friend of mine,he is selling some of his car collection.The car is showing around 37,000 miles,we belive that to be the original miles,he got it from the 2nd owner that bought it back in the early 70,s.The car has 1 repaint,these are the original colors on the car,still original paint in the engine compartment and trunk,car runs and drives good,over-drive works good,has 50-60 pounds of oil pressure running,sounds great,could use a tune up.The second owner had a new clutch and pressure plate installed,clutch works good and transmission shifts good,the tires are in great shape,nice original wheels,the paint still looks good,few small nicks and dings here and there,top is in good shape,interior is in nice shape,looks to be original,all glass in good shape,all the chrome is in nice shape,there is some rust in the passanger side inner rocker,see photo,the frame is good and solid,i have plenty of pictures on the underneath,i could only put so many on ebay,be glad to send you more pictures,have plenty,this is a very collectable 1967 MARK III,this is one of the last few made,this car has a very high vin number,this would be a great MARK III to own,without spending $100K for one.Fell free to call me about the car,937-515-2709,sold as is,no warranty implied,seller has the right to end auction at any time,$2000 due within 48 hrs of end of auction,we also have the original owners manual,a BMC workshop manual plus a AUSTIN HEALEY guid by DONALD HEALEY and TOMMY WISDOM,THANKS,HAPPY BIDDING.On May-17-10 at 18:13:54 PDT, seller added the following information: I,ve had several emails asking what the car has or options,it has the following.
