1991 Mercedes 300 SE... beautiful, low mileage Mercedes lovers should take a look. Last of the “fine” Mercedes, in my humble opinion, a lot of hands-on care when this car was manufactured, before MB changed to keep up with the Japanese. It's all original. Runs beautifully... nothing like a Mercedes sedan for travel. It has had very nice care. Just over a hundred thousand miles. nothing on these motors... the 6 cylinder is the way to go... superior gas mileage, ease of maintenance, and reliabilty (versus the 8). The only way to appreciate the car is to look at it, in person. There are some paint touch-up areas that were maintained diligently, if not professionally... presentable though, especially from a few feet back. Interior is excellent. The LR and RF window switches need to be replaced. I have the spares. It's an easy swap. The cruise control is intermitent. I'm not much of a “cruise” guy. There is a wealth of info on the internet about replacement cruise amps... that resolve the problem. Includes owners manual folder with some service stamps, along with a few receipts from prior owners. .. also, a Mercedes car cover. Nice Michelins. This car was $54,000 new and I'm not sure they made money then... thus the change in '92 to the inferior 300's (my opinion). Those afraid of expensive repairs on a European luxury car... all I can say is that I'm coming up on 5 years.... and nothing but fluid changes. This car has been dead reliable... more so than the rest of my "fleet". I love this car... hate to let it go... but need to raise some money. Take a look at the pics and email me with questions.
