I have 3 motorcycles, two of which are BMW's. I bought this bike on impulse and while I had it in for its initial 600 mile service I decided to buy a K1200LTC. I just don't have the time to ride 3 bikes. This bike was a dealer hold over , new with 1/10 of a mile on the odometer and so the factory warranty started when I bought it. That warranty is in effect until July of 2010. While having the initial service done a new battery was installed, and all the fluids including brake fluid was changed. Of course the bike runs like new, because it is! It has always been parked in my heated attached garage, and never even been out in the rain. Also this bike has never been dropped. However, the one detractor to the bike is a very small dent in the tank where a weed eater put away incorrectly fell against it. That is the only damage. No other dings, no rust, no scratches or scrapes or rock chips. The bike is fitted with the correct and purchased from BMW windshield. It is also factory equipped with heated grips and the center stand. This is the ABS model and I have to tell you it has the best brakes of any bike I have ever ridden. I think the photos tell the story pretty well. Now the financial part. This bike is financed by BMW Financial and they are the lien holder. Kansas is a title holding state and have now gone to an electronic title system. Therefore, the lien must be satisfied with BMW Financial before a title can be obtained. I will accept cash or a certified bank check. I will provide a bill of sale to the buyer upon receipt of cash or clearing of Certified Bank Check. Upon receipt of certified funds BMW will electronically send a lien release to the state of Kansas. BMW states this will occur within 48 hours of receipt of certified funds. Upon receipt of clear title I will sign it over to the new owner. Bottom line, if you want the bike and are willing to work with me to get it and the title the correct and legal way then you're going to have a great deal on what is probably the lowest mile, best condition Rockster you will ever see.
