Mercedes-Benz 300D runs on diesel, bio-diesel or WVO only 90k miles on engine This is a 1984 Mercedes 300SD. The odometer has 408k miles on it. The engine was just replaced with a turbo engine with 90k miles on it. INTERIOR The carpet is clean and in good shape. The rear seat is in great shape. The front seats are in fair shape cosmetically with a couple of tears. Not trashed, not great. Throw a seat cover on and your good to go. Electric seats work. EXTERIOR The exterior is in fair shape. The paint is fair with some oxidation on the roof. See the photos. Sunroof works. Tires are near new. MECHANICAL- The engine is in excelent shape and was replaced recently with an engine that has about 90k miles on it. Very powerful, no leaks. Transmission is in good shape. Good radiator. Shocks are tight and almost new. New brake pads. New fuel/oil filters. A/C works great. VEGGIE OIL/BIO DIESEL: I ran this engine in my other car on veggie oil. It has injector line heaters and in a warm climate shouldn't need much else. WARRANTY : Owner will guaranty the drive train on the car for 30 days after the purchase. (this doesn't mean He'll pay for your mechanic’s repairs. It means he will fix or replace anything that goes bad. I know this doesn't help much if you are far away but it’s more than most will do. I just want you to know I have confidence that the car will run well for you.) DELIVERY OF THE CAR... -I can pick you up from the San Jose, CA airport. -I may be able to drive the car to you for $ plus airfare back to San Jose.
