The mileage represented on this vehicle is accurate. This is a garage kept vehicle. This vehicle has a smooth shifting transmission. The engine on this vehicle is running properly. No damage on vehicle, body is in excellent condition. This vehicle shows signs of previous collision damage, which has been professionally repaired. The Front Right fender was repainted and the front passenger door was touched up to blend in the color. All parts are original Mercedes OEM parts. The exterior finish on this automobile is clean and polished to perfection by 3M specialist. Air condition is working very good; there is a switch installed to activate the AC compressor next to steering wheel, a classic bypass when the factory switch failed. Therefore, these are problems I found, the repainted fender from a previous collision, AC switch bypass and replaced hood hinges. All replaced with original parts working perfect. The vehicle is really clean and very good looking, it rides very good; a lot of power, no blowback, no dark smoke out of exhaust, no abnormal engine noise. In Re Sale of this or any motor vehicle between International Vehicle Wholesalers (Seller) and successful bidder (Buyer), parties expressly agree that the sale is commenced and executed in The State of California County of Los Angeles and furthermore the Parties agree that The Courts of The State of California, County of Los Angeles has EXCLUSIVE and ABSOLUTE Jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise between parties related to this above mentioned Sale.
Fee and Tax Information: California residents pay California Sales tax, transfer fee. Applicable to sales in California.
Out of State buyers: California sales tax is due if the buyer takes delivery of the vehicle in California.
Therefore, if the buyer drives the car off the lot we are required to collect Use Tax. Contact the Board of Equalization at 800-400-7115 for information.
If buyer transports the car out of California with commercial carrier and provides a bill of lading, no California Tax is due.
Documentation fee as allowed by the California Vehicle Code ($45.00) will be added to all sales.
