If you are looking for an ideal candidate for restoration, this is it. The body is in very nice condition and with a little work she will be a real beauty. There is no engine or transmission with this truck. It originally had an automatic transmission. I was going to put a Ford 300 6 cylinder in it with an automatic with overdrive. My brother, who is a mechanic, tried to convince me to go the Chevy V8 route but I was not convinced. I love the torque and vibration of the 6.
