This catering truck is the Hotshot II XL and features 3/4 oven and 1/4 refrigerator and includes custom shelving. Holding oven temperatures are thermostatically controlled from 140 deg F to in excess of 180 deg. F. Refrigeration temperatures range from 34 deg. F to 40 deg. F. Custom graphics can easily work for your restaurant and vinyl lettering can be easily removed and replaced with your info. Super low mileage for this vehicle, as odometer reads less than 38,700. All of the ovens and refrigerator are in excellent working condition and has passed Illinois inspection for food service.
