Up for sale is a 1996 Toyota Tercel. Are you tired of the gas prices going up? this is a great fix! This is not the older Tercel that had issues (I did my research before I bought it and even the people love this car) The Good: it got 34-36 mpg when it had 13'' tires on it, although my drive time was probably 90% freeway (I was too lazy to do the math after I put 16" tires on it, but the tires made a huge difference in the safety/ride/handling of the car) It is probably the easiest 4 speed I have ever driven, maybe because the car is so light or because the engine really does have alot of pep to it. (this would be a great student car, or for anyone that wants to learn stick or get the MPG that comes with a stick. The Bad: its not registered, has cracks in the front windshield (not in the drivers view) the stereo was stolen out of it (it has all 4 aftermarket speakers) The car runs great with no major problems it was last registered in MI where it went through a winter and a half. It is originally a California car. It passed smog when it was last registered in California (MI has no smog laws) so I don't know why it wouldn't pass smog again, but wont guarantee it. and if I had the money to register and smog it, I would drive it myself. but, I owe! so... it's gotta go. it has 151,000 miles on the odometer (that's barely broken in for a japanese car) :) Being a white car the pictures don't really show dents but I know of a few right off hand.
