Up for auction is this rare 1960 Lincoln Convertible at NO RESERVE. This 20-foot long beauty absolutely turns heads!!! The car runs, drives, starts, stops and idles GREAT!!! Runs perfectly on pump gas and there are no mechanical issues, no smoke, no leaks, no noises. The car has power steering, power brakes and power windows. It is equipped with the rare power back window (see video). This is a fantastic parade car or casual cruiser. I am listing this car for a friend who has to let this baby go at NO RESERVE!!! The car was restored back in 1990 for a very high end show called the Meadow Brook Concours d’ Elegance. At that time the car was brought back to near flawless condition. It has been 20 years since that time and it is not in the same flawless show condition and my friend doesn’t have the time and patience to get it back to where it once was. The paint is still very nice and shiny. The car is complete and stunning. The top is not in working order although it is in newer condition and in great shape. The top needs new cylinders. It can be put up or taken down manually but it certainly requires two people. My friend recently spent $1,305.32 on rebuilding the front end and getting it aligned with new bushings.
