NO RESERVE! You'd be hard pressed to find another conversion van with only 8,000 miles per year! We enjoyed using the van on occassional weekends with the family for mini-excursions of 200 miles or so round trip. The van provided our three children with fairly large age differences a "crowd pleasing" time. There was something for everyone on a trip - TV, CD, DVD, private rear radio, front radio, video game hookups, individual seat airplane style reading lights, etc. The comfort is wonderful, with 4 captains seats - 2 in the front, and 2 in the middle section with lots of room all around - all leather and super easy to clean. The comfortable bench seat in the back turns into a nice bed to sleep 3. Whether my wife and I would take turns driving and napping, or we'd just let the kids catch some early sleep so that we didn't have to worry about getting home too late for school. And, of course, homework is fun in the conversion van! So is reading and relaxing for the adults. The most common thing I hear when other adults enter and sit down is, "it feels like a living room!" Now the children are 23, 17, and 13, and we just don't get to enjoy it as much as we once did. Once the summer gets closer, more and more people (including myself) get excited over recreational type vehicles. I am afaid if I wait to sell, I'll decide to keep it for another year like I did last year! Gas mileage is always question, of course. But, it's well worth the tradeoff for all the creature comforts. Not to mention that fact that you can transport a total of 7 people incredibly comfortably for long distances. Raining outside and your kid cannot ride his bike home? Pick him up and put the bike inside too! The kids always loved inviting thier friends along to ride with us, and the young guests always had lots to marvel at - twinkle lights in the cabin overhead like a limousine, the bed, the storage cabinets all around the cabin, and the fact that dad, 6'-3", can stand up inside! And it was always nice to have seperate living quarters for front and back - seperate system for heat and air conditioning in the front and back section so kids can stay warm while dad blows cold air conditioning up front (one large compressor, with two seperate condenser units) - dad can listen to the news up front while everyone else is listening to and watching a dvd. There is a CD changer controlled by the main sterro with the AUX input, and the sofa is automatic with a control both in the back of the vehicle by the hatch doors and also in the mid section. As far as the condition of the van, I think the mileage speaks for itself on the mechanical end. The van is well maintained with regular checkups at a local auto mechanics shop. I've got records and details from the shop. No mechanical maintenance has been deferred. The tires are new with a full size spare ready to go. Everything works - both radios, tv, vcr, cd, dvd, tape, electronic remotes, etc. Understandably, there are a few twinkle lights out and a few interior cosmetic things. As for the cosmetics on the exterior, the paint is showing a bit of "chalking" especially on the high top secton, with some dings here and there. This is the V8 5.7L 350 engine! The G1500 also came in a V6 4.3L 262 CID and a V8 5.0L 305 CID as well. But this is the largest and strongest engine available in the series.
