All vehicle sales are final, with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available, because it is for sale to our walk-in traffic as well. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
The successful high bidder will submit a minimum $500 non-refundable partial payment within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Fee and Tax Information: $399 administrative fee is not included in the price for this listing. Much like a closing cost on a real estate sale, this fee is a fixed overhead cost attached to the sale of every motor vehicle from this dealership. It covers the cost of doing business by helping to pay for software subscriptions, fees owed to all advertising sources including eBay, overnight shipping of paperwork, etc.
