For sale: Selling 1984 Jaguar XJ6 hard top. The Jag was/is my mothers car and she was doing a restoration project with it after having some engine problems with it, but due to the economy here in California she cant afford to finish the work and has to let the car go. She had has work done recently on the rear end differential, transmission and upper engine components (heads, valvesm, etc) but her mechanic flaked out on her some months back and never completed putting the detail bits of the engine back in place. Hoses and wiring are still left unattached and noone in the family is an automtive mechanic so we dont know enough to put it back together withuot possibly causing more harm than good, so the car is being listed as non-running, although if reassembled, it might fire right up at this point. Interior and exterior cosmetics are very good with excellent chrome and trim, drivers door has a rip in the leather below the speaker, but the rest of the interior is in great shape. Automatic transmission. Air conditioning. Factory installed sunroof. Great tires and rims.
