Up For Auction At 3 Day's With No Reserve This is a 1970 Pontiac Catalina 400 Two Door Hardtop. Built in South Gate, California and was purchased new at John Hine Pontiac in San Diego. Was owned by the original owner up in'till last year. The second owner was the original owner's best friend. Lived it's entire life in San Diego, California - never to leave the city. Remaining the original Blue Lic. Plates with the Hine's lic. frames. Showing 93k miles and belive to be original. Factory option's are Air Condition, power steering & Disc. This is truly a honest Catalina, original except one repaint. The undercarriage is as clean as they come. Solid rails & floors. The trunk is clean with the original GM spatter paint, does have a couple minor holes. The body is very straight and has not been in a major accident. Original clean quarther panels. Factory color is Palomino Copper but did have one repaint in the early 90's. I belive the jambs are original paint. Overall, body is a excellent example of a True Southern California car. The interior is all original. Factory steering wheel & AM radio still in place. Missing headliner but bows are in place. Has a 400 engine with a automatic. The second owner says it is not the matching engine. Running and driving in good shape. Brakes fine but the power steering might need some work. Also, the hood might need some adjusting ( Stick up a lil' bit ). The A/C is complete but does not work. Remains all original pontiac wheel covers. Other then that, this is a True 70' San Diego Catalina 2 Door. Keep in mind, this is a original pontiac, will need to be restored or can drvien the way it is.
