Up for bid! This is a 1974 Volkswagen Thing that is very cool! The motor is a great running 1600 that always fires right up and is dependable! The transmission is a manual transmission with overdrive! The clutch is strong, and the transmission is in great working order. This VW has been repainted recently and has nice shiny paint. The paint job is not perfect does have a few flaws but overall pretty good. There is a couple little dings on the hood that I noticed. This thing is in great shape with no cancer or rust issues that I have seen. Very solid car! The car reads 85,000 miles and the odometer works so I am guessing that they are actual miles. I do have a title in hand. The thing has a hardtop that is in pretty good shape, does have a soft top but the top needs to be replaced, however all the hardware is there. Another big plus is I have the towbar for it as well! So you can have a very cool toy to pull behind your motorhome. These VW Things are getting very hard to find. This is one that is in good shape, not perfect but a good daily driver! Very cool license plate THING 1... Good tags.
