You are viewing a 1964 ford galaxie 500 that belonged to my Dad. He bought the car in 1965 and drove it some. But mostly, it stayed in his garage before restoring it. He had new seats ,carpet, head liner,and a few other things done to the inside. It has the original 1964 289 v8 and still looks original under the hood. The motor runs good for its age. He mostly drove it around town on the weekend. Some of the clear coat is coming off of the paint job in spots. You can see on the pic of the hood. There is also a small exhaust leak per local mechanic. The car will crank and run, but we have only driven it short distances. My Dad left the car to me and now I don't have the time or money to keep it up. I hate to see it go, its been in the family for awhile.
