1993 Porsche RS America. 3.6L, 5 speed transmission, 21,500 miles. Excellent condition, always garage kept. Original Guards red paint in excellent condition. This car is street legal and has been used for HPDE track days only. There is some wear on the inside edge of the passenger Recaro seat. There is also a scratch on the top of the RF fender that has been touched up but can be seen if you look for it. I hate to part with this car, I just have too many cars in the garage right now. I have the original exhaust system, airbag steering wheel, OEM airbox, trunk carpet, and rear shelf, all of which is included in the sale. I do not have the original seats. Important note: The current header exhaust system does not have catalytic converters. You may need to reinstall the OEM exhaust to pass emission testing if it is required. As you can tell from the Autocheck, most of the miles were put on the car prior to 2001. In 2001 the second owner had the car professionally converted to a street legal HPDE car. When I bought the car it had 19,250 miles on it. Most of the miles I have recorded have been on the street, with three lapping days and two autocross events total. Also very important: when I bought the car it had the OEM shoulder belts installed. It now has 5 point harnesses installed. Wearing the OEM belts without a helmet on the street is not advised with the full roll cage. The points above are based on several questions from interested bidders from a previous Ebay listing.
