Excellent conditon service van. I use it everyday in my HVAC business. I have purchased another vehicle and would like to sell this one. If I do not sell it, it will be a spare so I am not in a position that I have to sell it. It just takes up space and I would like someone who could use a good work truck to buy it. It also includes a dual drop down ladder rack ($900.00 value) that I will put on prior to buyer picking it up. It has been serviced regulary and is in good mechanical and physical condition. The tires have 80% tread life left and all the mechanicals inside and out work fantastic. The Green strips on the van are left from my logo's and I thought I would leave them on to dress it up. If the buyer would like them removed I can remove them prior to pick up (just ask). Inside you will find all the bins, racks, drawers and doors to put all your tools, parts and anything else you may haul. It also comes with a 10' pipe rack with caps to haul 10' pipe or conduit.
