Vehicle Detail
1970 AAR CUDA. READ THIS WHOLE ADD PLEASE....AND WHAT THE CAR ONLY COMES WITH.Here is the deal guys, no one seems to think any of the parts I have are worth anything (or my time for that mater)....so Im listing this car at buy it now for 17K.....it comes with just what you see. A clean AAR CUDA....with fender tags, build sheet and proper vin numbers in tact on fire wall, radiator support, door jam, dash....etc. It come with NO MOTOR......... or anything other then what you see. (I do have a correct 727 that I will throw in with it).Scrappy rust bucket AARS with no fender tags or build sheet are still at 10-15K with little left to build....and this car has both tags and build sheet, and isnt a rust bucket...(and if that alone isn't worth an additional 5k, nothing is). Its a perfect entry level project for someone to take on that doesnt care about correct "chaulk marks" or any other issues....and actually wants something to go drive and enjoy without breaking the bank doing it, or caring what a purist thinks either (you purists had your chance).A clean body non AAR car is 10 k all day long, and this car is a documented real AAR. Perfect for a guy wanting to do one his wayThis is a great price for a non tire kicking guy (not a guy wanting to feed me the sausage and beat me up on the price). If you think you can go buy a concourse AAR at 65k....knock yourself out,....dont call me...cause Ive heard enough already. Just being honest here, Ive also heard enough about "supposed" 125k real Hemi too..cars...... (a few of you must smoke crack or something....really. LOL). Put whatever motor you want in it....a great body with only one repaint since new. The Car was parked in a garage in approx 1982, in Midland Texas were I found & purchased the car from. It has a great body to get started with...and it is an AAR.There is some rust in the very bottom pan area of trunk pan, the lower area of the trunk pan (middle)....but it will not need an entire trunk pan replacement. The floors are all rock solid....NO issues....this is a nice body. The car was originally an Ivy Green auto on column AAR bench seat car (and comes with the proper original bench, and the rear original rear seat as well). The Orange you see on it now is all that has ever been done over the original Ivy green. It has nice original unmolested Quarters and original sheet mettle throughout, and the AAR hood IS NOT buckled in the middle like most (it has a few areas needing repair, but nothing major).... & the original hood hinges with lightweight springs are also still with car). I also have a correct 727 auto trans that go's with it, and as the Fender tag indicates...it is an original rally dash car as well....and the original Rally Cluster is in nice shape. (Radio is missing). The original radiator support with vin is unmolested and intact (further indication that it is clearly a good solid car that has not been wrecked and/or patched back together in the past). It has all 4 of the original (& matching) date coded 15" rally wheels & trim rings still with it...and the trim rings are in fair condition. It also comes with a set of 4 new T/A radials. 275-60s-rear....and 255-60s for front. It had an original Plymouth Rubber Front Bumper added when it was painted orange (they are fairly expensive and hard to find)....and I have a nice set off NEW reproduction AAR spoilers (Both rear and front Eyebrow set)...that go with the car, along with a new set of outer door handles, and new set of Rally outer mirrors. As you know, they only made approx 2700 of these AAR. .....(& I do not need any help trying to sell this car...so please do not bother me about listing it elsewhere, thank you) I have always maintained perfect feedback as you can see, & I am not a dealer. Im simply (and sadly) needing to sell a few of my toys to fund a project. Call me anytime for further data if needed. If you have less than 20 E-bay transactions....please call me before bidding.....(Unfortunately, listing fees for non payers on here....ruins things for everyone involved)..... If you are truly serious about the car, you'll probably call me anyways like most people would. I am just trying to avoid wasting either's time, Im not trying to be a d--k......(as my feedback indicates, I am an easy person to call or contact to deal with anytime).Storing the car inside until you can pick it up is not an issue either, & I can also help with making sure a hired hauler gets loaded properly for you as well if you cant come pick it up yourself.Just "So So" Driver Quality AAR Cudas are 50-70k price range as you know, & your not sure what you are getting into with one..... possibly needing to be completely re-done anyways, after putting out that much initially). The difference in initial investment price here could be put towards making this a really nice car for you, done your way. This is a really solid car, with all of its original meddle and solid floors and foundation.....not a rough rust bucket needing panel replacement everywhere. Thanks for looking.Dave 303-995-9533 (Located in Denver Colorado) The pictures also detail the proper AAR power steering set up with line cooler (AAR only)....and it does still have the AAR specific k-member in it.....and original T/A steering box.
