1999 Toyota Tacoma, reputation precedes this vehicle. Truly an awesome, reliable, well taken care of little pick up. I purchased the truck from my cousin who owned it since damn near brand new. He loved this truck dearly and meticulously kept up on the maintenance and service. Everything worked as it should but no matter what vehicle I buy or who I buy it from I always completely service. I have owned for about 3 years now, as soon as I brought it home I completely went over the entire truck. Changed fluid in the front and rear diff, transfer case, manual transmission gear box, engine oil, flushed and filled radiator, flushed brake fluid when putting new brakes, left no stone un-turned. New plugs, wires, cap, rotor, belts, etc. This truck has ZERO body rust, the rear bumper is the only place worth mentioning. The bumpers on these trucks if you aren't familiar typically rust from the inside out, not sure why but that is how it goes with these babies. Front has very small indications, hard to tell. Should be able to see in the pictures. That is the only negative thing I can say about this truck and as you can see in the pictures it's not much of a negative. Just want to be honest. All that being said the truck still runs, drives, stops and operates as it should. Great little truck and has been very good to me, my wife and I call her old faithful, lol. Truly hate to get rid of but have a baby on the way and that regular cab is just a little too tight, I also believe there is some sort of law now saying you cannot have kids in car seat in the front? Not sure, when I was a kid we played, climbed all around the interior, rode in the bed of the truck! Not the case anymore, so bought another more child friendly vehicle and the mighty Toyota is for sale. My loss is most definitely your gain! If you are in the market for a ROCK SOLID Toyota Tacoma, 4x4, pwr windows and locks, ice cold a/c, manual transmission, interior and exterior in excellent condition than look no further.
