Selling my red 1981 380 SL Mercedes. This 380 is part of my private collection as I restore these cars. That said, its 90% done. There is absolutely no rust on this car. It has been professionally maintained. I have paperwork going back to the 80's and over 15,000 in service costs. Can send paperwork upon request. Most bills are services bills. More recently, timing chain was worked on ; $4,000 bill and all brand new tires/battery/starter/alternator within the past year. This is a completely rust free 380 as it has been garaged its entire life. Everything works. Antenna, AC, Radio, all lights, and electrical function properly. Odometer turns as well. The soft top is in amazing shape. Hard top is in good shape as well just needs the back glass replaced. Car starts and runs. I've had it parked for a little but starts right up. Comes with Original Spare, Medicine kit with all the stuff untouched inside. Comes with manuals, original sticker, cover, tools, tool kit etc.... It will come with every original part. Car is 100$ original. I will put the front grill back on as well as I changed it for a better condition one. The inside in a 10/10. The only restoring this car needs is a new clear coat as its fading and a new windshield as my Ex took a golf club to it......hence the reason for selling. This is one of the cleanest 380's I've seen. Buyers are more than welcome to come check out the car in person. I have the glass for the car, just needs to be installed.
