Located in Mississippi, this tuck was owned by a school district in our Magnolia state located about 70 miles from our location. While in their possession the vehicle was used as a work truck and a few years ago replaced with a new one because of a regular replacement schedule which takes age and miles into account. We purchased the unit directly from the district, not from an auction, dealer or broker, simply turning this one into cash. After purchasing we checked the fluids, washed and cleaned it, took photos/video for eBay, unit cranks right up under its own drives down the road but has issues, engine sputters a little but nothign major probably just a good servicing and tune up, transmission does not slip but does shift slowly - the engine has to rev up to a higher RPM than you would think before transmission shifts - may need servicing may be something else???, the brakes work fine, the A/C blows cold, heat is hot, oil pressure is good, the tire condition can clearly be seen in the photos. The photos also reveal major paint issues on the entire body of the truck, making it obvious the paint job hasn’t been touched since new, it has a long dent that runs along the driver’s rear quarter panel, the interior vinyl is in rough shape with a huge tear on the driver’s seat and a small hole in the floor board, there is ripped and sagging parts to the headliner, the plastic door handle on the driver’s side is cracked and broken, the tint is peeling on the back window and the radio does not work. We would suggest a full service including an oil change/service mainly because it has sat a year not being used, a good tune up plugs/wires/etc. We are selling this item with a clean-clear title and bill of sale, it will crank up when you arrive to get it, or someone arrives to transport, it is roadworthy and will drive down the road!
