Clean Title; the vehicle is in excellent condition; the reason why I am selling for a special price is that it had minor accidents on the side doors which have been replaced by a local dealer. Part of the frame has been professionally repainted. Your benefit is you save tons of money versus a car without this history. Do not be worried about a "Frame Damage" record on the Carfax. That refers to the doors replacement; doors are always considered part of the frame. However, the vehicle is in excellent condition. The car has road chips and scratches, normal for any 5-year old car. Please look at the photos on eBay. You will love the car if you come to see it. There are no electrical and/or mechanical faults. The car mounts Continental Pro tires (value of $800!) and interiors are like new. The car has 48,000 gentle highway miles, runs great and was well-taken care of. I will supply you with maintenance records. The inside of the roof of the car has a few little “spots”, but I am sure that you can remove them by cleaning, it should not be that big of a deal. The bumper door has a 5-inch long crack as you can see in the photos, but if you consider the car on the whole, it’s really minor. I’m sure it can be touched up or buffed out for pretty cheap. I encourage everyone to come in to see, test, and/or inspect the vehicle if you are really interested to buy it. Here is the sale process: 1) Once the proposed sale has been agreed upon, I will need to finalize all the paperwork. 2) I accept a cashier's check; I will release the following documentation once the payment has been cleared. 3) Complete the bill of sale. 4) Sign over the Title with Odometer Disclosure Statements. 5) Fill out the Release of Liability. 6) Provide copies of maintenance records from Arrigo FIAT Sawgrass in Tamarac, FL. 7) Hand over the key!
