1981 Honda CX500 recently completed by Retro Rebuilds. This bike was is a real attention grabber and has the impressive sound to back up it's freshly bold look and stance. Great attention to detail was given to this build to ensure a clean and like new look bringing this 81' back to life and ready for the road once again. Aluminum pieces were removed, polished and buffed, engine case covers were removed and professionally powdered coated for a factory durable look and finish. The gas tank and custom fenders was also stripped and restored with a two color gloss black and gun metal powder coat to match. The carbs were removed, cleaned and rejetted for better performance with the newly added exhaust and pod filters (sounds great) Engine, brakes and electrically components were tested to assure everything passed and is properly working, fresh fluids, filters and plugs, this bike is ready to go.
