1971 Honda SL350 Motorcycle Looking to sell my 1971 Honda SL350. I bought this motorcycle off the cousin of the original owner who passed away. It sat in a garage for about 30 years prior to my ownership. I drained and cleaned the tank, installed new fuel lines, cleaned the and rebuilt the carburetors, installed new plugs, fluids, rear brakes, and a few other odds and ends and the bike runs great now. The right side carburetor boot (which connects to the air filter) is dry rotted some. I have wrapped it in electrical tape for the time being. I have put about 500 miles on the bike since I purchased it with no issues at all. Everything works. I also purchased reproduction side covers for the bike and 3 stage painted them in my pole barn. Got the color to match almost perfect. The gas tank does have a few dents in it. It also appears that the seat cover may not be the original but I am not 100% sure. Bike is located in Clarkson Michigan. Clean Title in my name. Bike is also for sale locally so I have right to end auction at any time. Also the handlebars are slightly misaligned ever so slightly. I installed a new tube. The original tube had a leak near the valve stem. Also, due to alot of questions, the chrome pipes on the bike are actually Honda brand. I believe they were an option from the dealer and are quite rare.
