1969 Dodge Charger, 440, Automatic. The car underwent a frame off rotisserie restoration at a professional body shop four years ago. It is as clean and shiny underneath as it is on top. It got new quarters, floor pans, fenders, etc. I have spent the last three years re-assembling the car with many new and reproduction parts including headliner, carpet, upholstery, gauges, vinyl top, windshield, trunk liner, etc. There is a factory original jack and tools in the trunk that cost over $300. Everything underneath the car is new including gas tank, brake and fuel lines, drive shaft and ujoints, all steering components including gear box, new disc brakes including a new front drum to disc conversion. The car comes with another complete 440 engine, four original wheels and boxes of extra parts. The car needs to be finished. Some of the stainless trim has dents in it that happened when the vinyl top was installed that should be replaced or repaired. The vent windows are original and show some pitting. I have a new fuel gauge that needs to be installed, the old one works but it doesn't match the other new gauges. The driveshaft needs to be balanced, there is a vibration at 50 mph. A front end alignment was done when the new steering gear box was installed but the steering wheel needs to be trued. There is a small oil leak believed to be coming from the left rocker cover. The brakes need to be bled. I have a set of after-market gauges that come with the car, I was going to install them to verify the accuracy of the factory gauges but that will be up to the new owner. The car is for sale due to my advancing years and inability to finish it. It should be trailered from here instead of driven.
