Never in moving accident or in snow. This was first model car Lexus imported to USA and is a masterpiece. Runs smooth. Cold air. Always used Mobil 1 w/new filter. Leather pristine. Luxury thick sheepskin seat covers. Tinted power moon roof. Alpine AM/FM/CD deck. New rear shocks, front sway bars, battery, water pump. Good Bridgestone tires. Minor paint scrapes have been touched up. New owner should understand rare value of 2JZ Supra engine and ability to create a muscle car tamer. Toggle switch on center console for normal or power engine operation. Electronic overdrive button on auto transmission stick. With engine in power mode and overdrive off the SC300 is a sports car, when off it is a luxury sedan. Minor mechanical issues with 1) power passenger side door locks and windows (work from pax side but work intermittently from driver's side), 2) tach and speedometer work but stop at times - odometer continues to work , 3) needs tune up/plugs (runs well but time for tune up), 4) power steering wheel no longer telescopes out (needs motor) but power tilts up and down, 5) interior trunk release not working (open fine with key), 6) intermittent engine light from transmission vacuum line (cleaned but light persists on and off) . Do not care if cousin got 1 for $999. Leaving country and have 2 other cars. Time to let go of 1 of the best cars made to someone to take care of it.
