I love my AMG but I have to let it go because I am getting an SL65. This beautiful AMG has the legendary M113K engine- a supercharged V8 making 510 hp (at 6100 rpm) and 531 ft pounds of torque (at 2600-4000 rpm). I am the fourth owner. Always garaged this car is in great condition. Fully serviced by Mercedes and includes a folder full of receipts dating back many years. Recently had service “B” performed by Mercedes of Palm Springs. Early 2017 replacement of the brakes (including the expensive front rotors), transmission service, and replacement of the hydraulic fluid and filters for the suspension system. In mid-2017, First Avenue European Motors in San Diego (a private Mercedes specialist) did a $6000 repair/replace of everything that needed service or upgrading. (I have the itemized list and receipt). This car is now close to 2007 condition. Tires are in very good condition and the car rides fantastically. It feels both luxurious and sporty and really hugs the road with its low center of gravity. On the highway, you can cruise in the comfort setting which soaks up the bumps and is very comfortable. When you're feeling sporty you can press the ABC Sport (Active Body Control) button which then tightens up the suspension, steering, and gear change response. The top folds down automatically in 16 seconds. It looks spectacular with the top down showing the tan nappa leather interior. The birds-eye maple wood accents really set off well against the black exterior. The 2007 was an iconic SL 55 (they only made 587 that year). Factory equipment includes navigation, voice control, glass panorama roof with sunshade (don’t buy one of these cars without this feature), 12-way adjustable heated sports seats with massage, front dual zone A/C, leather wrapped steering wheel with paddle shifters, alcantara headliner, AMG chrome door sills, AMG chrome exhaust, bi-xenon headlamps, 19" AMG 5 spoke wheels, silver brake calipers, cross drilled rotors, electronic soft close trunk, heated seats with massage, premium audio system with cd changer and satellite radio. After market upgrades include a Mercedes Bluetooth module and a K40 Calibre Radar/Laser Protection system with remote control (this is integrated into the car and very hard to detect) which originally cost over $2,500 with installation. No accidents ever. The only issues with the paint are a small touched-up scratch on the trunk (which was there when I bought it) a few small stone chips around the grill, and a tiny scratch over the left wheel hub (only shows from closer than 3 feet). Overall, it is simply a gorgeous car for the mileage and year. My AMG comes with all of the original owner’s manuals and case, AMG floor mats, and both key fobs. Title is clean and clear with no liens.
